We can’t solve everyone’s problems, but we can remove the stress of a faulty roof. The Sheltering Hope program provides a family in need with a new roof, free of charge. It’s our way of giving back to the community we love so much.
We worked with Owens Corning and Support Our Troops to provide Sgt. Rodriguez and his family with a new roof. Our military has plenty to worry about when they’re deployed, their roof shouldn’t be on that list.
This local organization provides a home to mothers experiencing homelessness and support and resources to help them transition into their own home.
Mrs. Villalba had inherited her home from her mother. However, her mother had left some property taxes unpaid and Mrs. Villalba was on the verge of foreclosure. In order to qualify for a reverse mortgage, the house needed a new roof. With the Sheltering Hope program, Mrs. Villalba was able to get the loan and avoid foreclosure.
